11th Prince of Wales's Own Lancers (Probyn's Horse) - Probyn Leading a Charge, 1860
Probyn's bravery was legendary, he was invariably at the forfront of the action. This print depicts a charge he led at Chanchiawan on 18th September 1860. He is riding his charger which had the odd name of Clear-the-Line.
